Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce Growth

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• We are seeking a strategic, data-driven VP of Marketing & eCommerce Growth to lead and elevate a high-performing internal marketing team, drive brand awareness, and accelerate revenue for a rapidly growing DTC brand. This role is responsible for overseeing digital growth, brand strategy, CRM, and campaign execution—leading both in-house talent and third-party partners as needed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimize and scale in-house marketing operations
• Drive eCommerce sales, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Lead performance marketing, CRM initiatives, and brand storytelling
• Manage marketing calendar, new product launches, and campaign execution
• Align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 10+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in scaling eCommerce growth and managing cross-functional marketing teams
• Background in consumer goods, health, lifestyle, or adjacent industries preferred
• Strong ability to balance performance-driven tactics with brand-building strategies
