We are seeking a Vice President of Revenue Marketing, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, to lead demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and go-to-market strategies in alignment with sales and customer success. This role involves driving revenue growth through data-driven campaigns, ABM strategies, and marketing automation.

This is a fully remote position.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience building high-performing demand engines at early-to-mid-stage startups, with deep expertise in B2B SaaS, team building, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the revenue funnel.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Owning marketing pipeline and revenue targets, integrating demand generation, ABM, and digital pipeline creation.
  2. Developing multi-channel demand programs, including digital marketing, content, paid media, SEO/SEM, and field marketing.
  3. Scaling ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and accelerate deal velocity.
  4. Measuring and optimizing marketing performance to improve ROI and align with sales.
  5. Leading multi-channel demand programs leveraging ABM, digital, content, email, events, and partnerships.
  6. Partnering with Product Marketing for compelling messaging targeted at HR, Finance, and IT decision-makers.
  7. Enhancing engagement and lead conversion through digital channels, online demos, and comparisons.
  8. Defining content strategies supporting the buyer’s journey for key personas.
  9. Collaborating with Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to develop playbooks for faster deals and customer expansion.
  10. Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing revenue marketing team.
  11. Managing the marketing budget for efficient channel spend.

Qualifications include:

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of marketing funnels, data analytics, and revenue marketing motions.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams with measurable impact.
  • Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot), ABM (6Sense), CRM (Salesforce), and analytics tools.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze and optimize funnel metrics.
