Job summary

PE-backed Luxury Furnishing Organization is seeking a VP of Human Resources to lead global HR strategy, workforce analytics, and executive recruitment. The role reports to the CEO and collaborates with the Board on talent and value creation initiatives.

Based on the on-site/remote mix, this position requires strong leadership presence, experience with international markets, and a track record of aligning people investments with business performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally within multi-brand, international or PE-backed environments.
• Strong financial acumen with proven success connecting people investments to business performance and presenting to Boards.
• Expertise in M&A integration, organizational restructuring, and change management.

Client: PE-backed Luxury Furnishing Organization

Role: VP of Human Resources

Salary:$200,000 - $250,000/year + bonus

Location: Union, NJ

4 days/week on site, 1 day remote

Key Responsibilities
