Reporting to the Chief Culture Officer, the VP of Human Resources will be a key contributor to leadership’s efforts to ensure all team members share the same vision, working in unison with other leaders to align all areas of the credit union with the overall mission, vision, and values of the organization. A successful VP of Human Resources will be a high-energy, dynamic, inspirational, and visible leader with a passion for helping team members succeed in all that they do.

Ideal candidates will have a SHRM/SPHR certification and comparable experience working at organizations with at least 250 full-time employees and a deep understanding of financial institutions. Be sure to include any certifications (SPHR or SHRM for example) and additional credentials (Certified Diversity Professional or Certified Diversity Executive for example) you may possess. Strong knowledge of HR-related compliance and legislative requirements is required. Familiarity with employment law in North Carolina and California is preferred.
