I'm currently representing a Vice President of Engineering to lead the design and execution of hyperscale data center infrastructure. This role is pivotal in driving innovation in power, cooling, and sustainability for next-generation digital infrastructure. You’ll shape the engineering strategy for high-performance data centers, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability to support AI and cloud computing demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hyperscale data center engineering, including power distribution, cooling systems (liquid/immersion), network architecture, and sustainability initiatives.
• Innovation: Spearhead R&D for high-density solutions (e.g., AI/ML workloads) and emerging technologies to optimize performance and future-proof infrastructure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive leadership, construction, and operations teams to align engineering with business objectives.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.
• Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry benchmarks (e.g., ASHRAE) and regulatory requirements while advancing reliability and security.
• Vendor Strategy: Manage relationships with architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) partners to streamline project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership within hyperscale data centers or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Technical Mastery: Expertise in power/cooling systems (e.g., liquid cooling, energy efficiency), mechanical/electrical engineering, and sustainable design.
• Leadership: Proven ability to scale engineering teams and deliver $100M+ infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Business Alignment: Strong acumen to balance technical decisions with cost efficiency and ROI.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field); Master’s preferred.
