Global Health Corps seeks a Vice President of Development to set and lead a comprehensive fundraising effort in close partnership with the CEO. This role will build on our strong financial footing and existing funders to grow our fellowship model and amplify our impact.

The VP will craft a multi-year fundraising plan to raise $5M in FY22 and $18-20M across FY23-FY25, steward current supporters, and target new funders aligned with GHC’s mission.

Job description

At the onset of a new 3-year strategic plan, GHC seeks a Vice President of Development to set and lead a comprehensive fundraising effort. In close partnership with a highly engaged CEO, this position will build upon our strong financial footing and base of individual and institutional funders - including Skoll Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, Rippleworks Foundation, and MacKenzie Scott - to secure the support needed to grow our fellowship model and amplify our impact.

Specifically, the VP will create a multi-year fundraising plan intended to 1) raise $5M in FY22 and cumulatively raise $18-20M across FY23-FY25, 2) steward and increase support from existing supporters, and 3) identify and pursue new supporters that are aligned with GHC’s values and mission.
