Job summary

Community Solutions Inc. seeks a visionary Vice President of Data, Performance & Technology to unify data, quality systems, and technology for mission impact.

You will lead performance metrics across programs, drive real-time analytics, and align IT with operational needs in a complex nonprofit setting. In this senior role, you will partner with executive leadership to strengthen outcomes, ensure compliance, and foster a culture of data-informed decision-making across CSI and its programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
  • Experience overseeing data, quality improvement, or technology functions in a complex organization.
  • Ability to translate data insights into operational actions and performance improvements.
  • Experience with enterprise systems (case management, HRIS, LMS, fundraising platforms).

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of performance measurement across programs.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and organization-wide reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and tools to support real-time decision-making.
  • Drive organization-wide quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic IT oversight for infrastructure, security, and systems alignment across departments.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving organizational effectiveness by integrating data, quality systems, and technology. This role partners with leadership across programs and operations to strengthen outcomes, ensure compliance, and support data-informed decision-making across the organization.This role drives performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization by ensuring that leaders and teams have the insights, systems, and tools needed to deliver high-quality services, meet contract requirements, and achieve measurable outcomes.Serves as a key strategic partner to program, finance, and executive leadership—translating data into actionable insights, aligning systems to operations, and building a culture of data-informed decision-making.Company OverviewCommunity Solutions Inc.
