Jobot is seeking a VP of Operations to lead our expansion into the West Coast of Florida. The ideal candidate will oversee complex construction projects, drive strategic growth, and manage senior-level operations across a growing portfolio, including multi-family, healthcare, and retail segments.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Construction or similar experience plus
• 10+ years’ experience in construction project management
• Extensive leadership experience, existing Project Executive/Vice President
• Experience with Commercial Construction required
• Ground up multi-family, municipal, large retail or light industrial experience preferred
