Vice President of Client Services – Remote (East Coast Preferred)

Location: Remote – East Coast hours preferred

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Vice President of Client Services to lead client engagement and delivery execution across complex, modernization-focused enterprise programs. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for scaling client relationships, overseeing project health, and ensuring excellence in the delivery of high-impact cloud, DevSecOps, and platform engineering initiatives.

You’ll work across delivery teams, technical leaders, and customer executives to ensure outcomes are aligned to business value, timelines are met, and relationships thrive.

What You’ll Do

Client Engagement & Strategic Account Management

  • Cultivate deep relationships with enterprise clients to drive satisfaction, retention, and account expansion
  • Own executive communication and serve as a trusted advisor to align delivery to strategic priorities
  • Partner with Business Development on upsells, renewals, and long-term client planning

Delivery Oversight & Execution Assurance

  • Provide hands-on governance across engagements—from cloud migrations to DevSecOps transformations
  • Guide delivery teams to achieve success metrics, remove blockers, and mitigate risk
  • Align programs with cloud-native best practices (with a focus on AWS)

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Own oversight of multi-workstream programs and ensure visibility across leadership and clients
  • Drive consistent delivery standards, OKRs, and reporting across accounts
  • Maintain accountability for budget, resourcing, and delivery outcomes

Leadership & Team Building

  • Lead and mentor a high-caliber team of account managers, program leaders, and client partners
  • Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, and customer-centricity
  • Foster operational maturity as the company scales delivery across a growing portfolio

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in account leadership, client services, and enterprise delivery, ideally within a consulting, cloud-native, or modernization-focused firm
  • Strong delivery management experience in cloud-native (especially AWS), application modernization, DevSecOps, or platform engineering programs
  • Proven track record of growing strategic client relationships and leading multi-million-dollar accounts
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise IT environments, agile delivery frameworks, and cloud architectures
  • Excellent executive communication, leadership presence, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading distributed teams across multiple engagements and time zones
  • PMP, SAFe, or AWS certifications are a plus

Working Hours

This is a fully remote role. Candidates must be based in the U.S. and able to work Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
