A leading sports management company seeks a Vice President of Business Operations to oversee the Reading Royals' operations. This role will manage business strategies, budget, and team performance to ensure operational excellence and revenue goals. The Vice President of Business Operations is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of all aspects of the Reading Royals' business operations. This position, in conjunction with the General Manager, will act as a key liaison to the Reading Royals hockey team staff and the American Hockey League to ensure all regulations and required operational procedures are met. The role involves establishing strategies and providing leadership to achieve revenue goals and the overall success of the team.
This position offers an annual salary of $65,000-$80,000 and is bonus eligible.

Santander Arena, located in downtown Reading, Pennsylvania, serves as the home arena for the Reading Royals, the ECHL affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers.
