AC Lion Digital Executive Search is assisting a growing national consumer home services company in finding a seasoned VP of Performance Marketing. You will own customer acquisition across affiliate marketing, publisher relationships, paid media and other performance channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in performance & affiliate marketing and customer acquisition.
• Deep expertise in affiliate, publisher and performance-based programs.
• Established network of publishers, affiliates, networks and partners.
• Experience scaling multiple media channels and acquisition programs.
• Full-funnel optimization including landing pages and testing.
• Strong CAC, CPA, conversion, revenue and profitability understanding.
• Experience managing sizable performance marketing budgets.
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking, attribution, postbacks and partner economics.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics skills.
• Call-based acquisition and lead generation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute overall performance marketing and customer acquisition strategy.
• Launch and optimize affiliate, publisher, paid search, paid social and display channels.
• Own budgets, reallocate spend based on CAC, CPA, ROI and profitability.
• Develop new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
• Create and refine landing pages and end-to-end consumer flow.
• Run tests across media sources, audiences, and creative elements.
• Lead publisher acquisition team with clear goals and accountability.
• Cultivate strategic publisher and partner relationships.
• Monitor attribution, reporting and partner payments.
• Improve tracking, funnel and conversion issues with cross-functional teams.
• Report performance and recommendations to leadership.
