The Company is in search of a Vice President of Accounting/Corporate Controller to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and executing the financial strategy, ensuring the organization’s financial stability, and overseeing all accounting operations. This pivotal role encompasses responsibilities such as financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and implementing robust financial and accounting systems to support sustainable and compliant growth.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a finance and accounting organizational structure aligned with business needs, leading strategic financial planning and budgeting, managing cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies. The role also involves transitioning to industry-specific ERP software, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency within the finance and accounting department, and providing actionable financial insights to guide decision-making at all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting or finance, at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, and a minimum of 5 years in a Controller or CFO role. Strong expertise in accounting functions, auditing, proficiency in QuickBooks and other ERP systems, and in-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting are essential.

The Vice President of Accounting/Corporate Controller should have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, be capable of performing budgeting and forecasting, and possess skills to identify and mitigate financial risks.
