VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING (Remote - US Based)

Building Materials & Manufacturing

Pinnacle Search is partnering with a manufacturer of engineered products to recruit a Vice President of Marketing.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will build and lead a marketing organization focused on qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Key priorities:

• Strengthen positioning around customer needs, applications, and business value.
• Build demand generation across digital, email, account-based marketing, and field programs.
• Partner with Sales Operations on Salesforce lead management, conversion tracking, and attribution.
• Equip sales teams and channel partners with practical content, tools, and campaigns.
• Partner with Product and Sales to launch new products and enter new markets.
• Develop the team, budget, and performance measures to support growth.

Ideal background:

• Marketing leadership in building materials, building products, specialty materials, or closely related industrial manufacturing.
• Experience marketing physical products through distributors, dealers, OEMs, or other channel partners.
• Demonstrated results connecting marketing investment to qualified pipeline and revenue.
• Ability to translate technical product performance into clear value for customers, contractors, specifiers, and end users.
• A hands-on approach to building teams, improving processes, and executing strategy.
