Job description

About this position
About the company

Brio Water Technology is a rapidly growing consumer products company and a leader in premium hydration appliances, including cutting-edge water dispensers, advanced filtration systems, ice, and wellness solutions for home and commercial use. We combine sleek design, smart functionality, and eco-conscious innovation to elevate how people hydrate every day, with products found in millions of homes and offices worldwide. Our products reach customers through a diversified omnichannel model spanning direct-to-consumer and e-commerce, leading online marketplaces, major national retail and big-box partners, wholesale distribution, and an established dealer network.

At Brio, we are building a faster, more data-driven and AI-enabled organization. We expect our teams to challenge existing ways of working, embrace new technologies, and continuously improve how we develop products, make decisions, serve our customers, and operate our business. AI is not simply a tool—it is becoming an important part of how we increase speed, improve execution, and scale the organization.

Position Summary

The Vice President, Marketing leads Brio Water Technology’s brand, digital marketing, and creative organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Product & Marketing, the VP builds the brand customers choose across DTC/e-commerce, marketplaces, retail, and the dealer program — and runs the paid, lifecycle, and creative engine that turns that brand into revenue.

The VP leads three teams - Brand Strategy & Growth, Digital Marketing, and Creative and is accountable for building long-term brand value, driving measurable marketing-led revenue, and operating a high-performing in-house creative organization. They will lead an organization of marketing and creative professionals through 2–4 direct reports, developing functional leaders and aligning resources to the company’s growth priorities

Primary Focus

The VP, Marketing owns the brand and the full marketing engine — but the center of gravity of the role is marketing-driven revenue.

Paid media, lifecycle/CRM, and content are managed to efficiency and new-customer targets set with the business, and brand work is judged by whether it moves awareness and demand. Creative is run as a production operation — clear intake, standards, and turnaround — so it fuels every channel rather than slowing one down.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Growth
  • Set brand strategy, positioning, and standards across the Brio portfolio.
  • Own the company marketing calendar and company-level activations, sponsorships, and partnerships — deciding what to renew, cut, or add based on measured return.
  • Build and lead the social, influencer, and content program, with PR and communications as part of that team.
  • Grow awareness, share of search, and audience across every channel Brio sells through.
Digital Marketing
  • Own paid search, paid social, SEO/AEO, and lifecycle/CRM (email and SMS), including their budgets.
  • Deliver marketing efficiency and new-customer targets (MER, CAC) and grow repeat and replenishment revenue.
  • Build the measurement discipline — attribution, incrementality testing, and a weekly performance read leadership can trust.
  • Partner with E-commerce so traffic and lifecycle demand convert on site.
  • Partner with Finance and channel leaders to evaluate marketing performance against contribution margin, customer lifetime value, and payback, balancing customer acquisition efficiency with profitable growth.
Creative
  • Lead the in-house creative studio: design, UI/UX, copy and technical writing, video, and production management.
  • Run intake, prioritization, and turnaround standards so every team gets what it needs, on time.
  • Build the design system and asset library, and make AI-assisted production the standard.
  • Marketing Operations & Team
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of marketing and creative professionals; set the operating rhythm, systems, and standards the function runs on; and own the marketing budget with discipline on spend, vendors, and return.
