What you will be doing: The VP of Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health (LTC + BH) sales is responsible for setting the strategy for the Continuum of Care’s largest vertical (LTC + BH) and driving both new business growth (new logo & same store sales) and retention efforts. The VP will lead a multi-disciplinary team, guiding front-line sales and account management staff through the Sr. Director of Field Sales, and managing key supplier and distribution relationships for the CoC. They will implement strategies across the vertical, leveraging account plans, growth pipelines, and collaborative efforts with US Foods to enhance team effectiveness. The VP will also manage key relationships with members and suppliers, engage in sales and retention activities, and oversee all financial and forecast reporting, including executive content, budgets, and pipeline reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: 12+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Leadership skills, healthcare industry knowledge, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and experience in healthcare sales and account management, with a Master’s degree preferred.
Additional Requirements: Ability to work remotely, travel up to 60%, and perform sedentary work with occasional physical demands. Compensation ranges from $155,000 to $289,000, plus benefits.
