Job summary

BNY is seeking a senior Treasury/Regulatory Reporting leader in the United States to oversee liquidity risk reporting, regulatory compliance, and ALM data analysis. You will collaborate across Finance, Audit, Risk, Technology and Data teams to strengthen controls and drive regulatory change management.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience with 1–3 years in management, and a degree in a quantitative field. Leadership of large teams and engagement with regulators may be involved.

Qualifications

• Degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance or economics is preferred.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA preferred.
• 10–12 years of total work experience, with 1–3 years in management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on liquidity regulatory reporting requirements for FR2052a, LCR, NSF.
• Partner with Finance, Audit, Risk, Technology and Data teams to drive issue resolution.
• Develop the operational framework and manage data for ALM and liquidity models.
• Monitor risks in new products and adjust technical processes to meet regulatory needs.
• Develop reports for senior management highlighting risks and proposed solutions.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and lead staff development.
