Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, build strong relationships, and ensure every interaction adds value.

In this hybrid role, you will manage renewals, mentor team members, drive client strategy, coordinate with service, loss control and leadership to meet objectives, and contribute to profitable growth for the book.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years related experience or high school diploma with 10 years related experience.
• Licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Preferred: Salesforce.com experience.
• Professional designations CPCU, CIC or ARM preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Keen problem solving with root-cause focus.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand specific clients identified by local management, typically on behalf of a Producer.
• Drive overall client strategy to meet/grow client expectations and renewals.
• Coordinate involvement of service, loss control and leadership to meet objectives and resolve client issues.
• Conduct Stewardship reviews and develop/execute strategic plans for profitable growth.
• Work with service team to ensure timely resolutions and satisfactory outcomes.

Overview

At Gallagher,we'relooking for a Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You'llplay a key role in supporting and leading efforts to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. From managing renewals to mentoring team members,you'llhelp ensure client needs aremetand compliance standards are upheld.

How you'll make an impact

• Primarily accountable for retaining and expanding specific clients identified by local management, typically working on behalf of a Producer who developed a book of business that generates $1.5MM in annual revenue for Gallagher or more.
• Responsible for driving the overall client strategy in order to meet /exceed client expectations/growth goals and leveraging knowledge of the clients to manage this book of business, which includes renewals and growth of existing accounts.
• Additional duties include coordinating involvement of company personnel including service, loss control and local leadership to meet or exceed strategic objectives, Conducting Stewardship reviews, developing/executing strategic plans that will achieve our clients' goals while contributing profitable growth for the company, and working closely with the service team to ensure both a timely resolution and satisfactory outcome to client issues.

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 years related experience required. Appropriate licensing for Property & Casualty Insurance sales. Ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred: Prior experience using Salesforce.com. Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Keen problem solving skills, focusing solutions on the root cause.
