We’re seeking a Vice President, IWM Portfolio Manager I to join our team. Remote work offered.

In this role, you’ll:

• Oversee closely held business assets in fiduciary accounts where BNY acts as trustee or in a similar capacity.
• Monitor activities such as processing dividends, overseeing governing agreements, maintaining insurance coverage, managing proxies, and collecting financial statements.
• Conduct annual reviews of each asset, including financial statement analysis, valuation, trust and fiduciary matters, corporate governance, and legal considerations.
• Perform valuations using accepted methods like income, market, or asset-based approaches.
• Collaborate with sales and fiduciary teams on new business involving closely-held assets and evaluate acceptance and administration plans.
• Support acquisition, reporting, and sale of assets, including complex transactions and legal issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degrees preferred.
• 3-5 years of investment experience preferred; 2+ years for MBAs or CFAs.
• Relevant licenses or certifications as required.
• Bi-lingual skills and cultural understanding are helpful.

The base salary range is $68,000 to $110,000, determined individually based on experience and location, with additional incentives and bonuses possible.
