We are seeking a Vice President, IWM Portfolio Manager I. Remote work is offered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing closely held business assets in fiduciary accounts where BNY acts as trustee or in a similar role.
• Monitoring activities such as processing dividends, overseeing governing agreements, maintaining insurance coverage, managing proxies, and collecting financial statements.
• Conducting annual reviews of each asset, including financial statement analysis, valuation, trust and fiduciary matters, corporate governance, and legal considerations.
• Performing valuations using accepted methods like income, market, or asset-based approaches.
• Collaborating with sales and fiduciary teams on new business involving closely-held assets and assessing the best administrative plans.
• Supporting acquisition, reporting, and sale of assets, including complex transactions and legal issues.

Qualifications for success:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred.
• 3-5 years of investment experience; 2+ years for MBAs or CFAs.
• Relevant licenses or certifications as required.
• Bi-lingual skills and cultural understanding are advantageous.
