Seeking a highly driven and execution-focused Vice President of Investment Banking! This role is heavily transaction-oriented, with approximately 90% of time dedicated to live deal execution and 10% to pitching/business development. The VP will play a critical role in managing multiple deals simultaneously, overseeing analysts and associates, and serving as a key liaison between clients and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of 3–5 concurrent M&A, capital raise, and strategic advisory transactions
• Manage day-to-day deal processes, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and client communications
• Oversee and mentor analysts and associates, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient workflow
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other external advisors throughout transaction lifecycles
• Prepare and review CIMs, pitch materials, management presentations, and investor communications

Qualifications:

• 5–8+ years of experience in investment banking or a related transactional role
• Strong M&A execution experience with a proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
