Ideal candidates are senior VPs and Directors with outstanding M&A execution reps, focused on leading execution, business development, and networking to build a robust book of business in mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of Investment Banking experience with a focus on M&A execution.
• Proven track record of closing transactions and leading key workstreams.
• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
• Ability to manage multiple live deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience mentoring junior bankers and building client relationships.
• Excellent communication and client presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, managing timelines and diligence.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, maintaining relationships with executives and sponsors.
• Develop marketing materials including pitchbooks and CIMs.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality analysis.
• Support origination through market mapping and client outreach.

This group recently onboarded ex-Elite Boutique and Bulge Bracket bankers, and is looking to quickly expand their Directors ranks with path to Managing Director.

Ideal candidates are current Investment Banking Senior Vice Presidents and Investment Banking Directors with strong M&A execution reps, and are currently focused on leading M&A execution, business development, and networking (open to industry), to build up a book of business focused on mergers and acquisitions.
