The Vice President of Information Technology (VP, IT) is responsible for leading the organization's IT strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. This role oversees all aspects of technology operations, cybersecurity, software development, and IT governance. The VP, IT collaborates with executive leadership and business operations to align technology with objectives and drive innovation. We are seeking a disruptor and outside-the-box thinker that thrives working in a fast-paced, innovative modern work environment. The ideal candidate will be a builder and effective communicator, creating high-performing, cross functional teams with responsibility over all 4 Business Units within IES Holdings. This role will lead the organization’s digital agenda, transforming business models, processes, and user experiences through the strategic adoption of digital technologies.
