IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Field Engineer I - Data Center Services to troubleshoot equipment, review technical docs, and support installation efforts across field and in-house environments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), 3–4 years of low-voltage experience, and strong MS Office skills. Travel within regional territory is expected as part of duties.

  • Quality-check projects, test equipment, and generate punch lists.
  • Assist sales staff with product and system information.

Field Engineer I - Data Center Services
General Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • The Field Engineer will be able to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems in a senior service support. This includes testing, troubleshooting of system components and functions and field verification of connections, labels, installation and work quality.
  • The Field Engineer I - Will understand advanced system drawings, specifications and technical documentation. They will be able to create shop drawings and submittals for new project kick-off.

Salary
  • Min: USD $27.00/Hr.
