• Serve as the executive GDO partner to IHS leadership and own the integrated delivery experience across programs and contracts.
• Understand IHS programs, value streams, contracts, economics, and client requirements to align GDO services with outcomes.
• Translate IHS business needs into clear delivery requirements and identify capabilities needed from GDO.
• Coordinate and maintain accountability for the integrated GDO response while ensuring service execution and performance.
• Provide visibility into GDO delivery, including performance, commitments, risks, and issues requiring leadership attention.
• Evaluate value streams to standardize, scale, or build GDO services for improved efficiency and outcomes.
• Partner with global leaders to evaluate offshore/automation/AI-enabled delivery models based on requirements.
