JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President, Human Resources is a core member of the $3.7B Insulation business leadership team and an enterprise HR leader for Owens Corning, with responsibility for a global HR organization of 130+ professionals across Insulation, Europe Regional HR. This role leads people and culture strategies that enable business growth, transformation, and sustained performance across global markets, while serving as a key member of the Chief Administrative Officer’s People and Culture leadership team.
The VP, HR leads with an enterprise mindset, partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into actionable talent, organizational, and capability priorities. The role ensures HR is a competitive advantage by integrating business partnership, regional HR leadership, technology, analytics, and modern ways of working to deliver measurable impact while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Owens Corning values.
Relocation to Toledo is not required; however, the successful candidate must establish a strong presence with the Insulation Leadership Team and at WHQ. Regular engagement in Toledo and Europe is expected to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive business and talent outcomes.
