Responsibilities
- Partner with global business unit leadership to develop and execute a human capital strategy aligned with commercial, operational, and financial priorities across regions and markets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession, talent risks, leadership effectiveness, and culture in a global, matrixed environment.
- Translate enterprise HR strategies, policies, and programs into practical, business-unit-specific solutions while balancing global consistency with regional and local requirements.
- Provide HR support and develop talent for sales teams.
- Guide organizational change initiatives, including restructures, business transformations, acquisition integration, and other strategic workforce changes across multiple countries and operating environments.
- Use data, trends, and insights to assess workforce health, identify root causes, and recommend actions that improve retention, productivity, inclusion, and organizational performance across the global business unit.
- Partner with leaders to identify current and future talent needs, build succession pipelines, and strengthen leadership capability across geographies and levels.
- Oversee complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance issues in partnership with legal, compliance, and regional HR stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compliant outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, company policies, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team that collaborates with HR centers of excellence, shared services, and regional HR teams to deliver scalable, high-quality HR solutions and employee experiences globally.
- Lead, coach, and develop HR team members.
- Support annual and ongoing people processes such as talent reviews, performance cycles, compensation planning, promotions, and workforce budgeting across global markets.
- Promote a high-performance, values-based, and inclusive culture that strengthens employee engagement and business results across the global business unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. An advanced degree in these areas would be an advantage.
- Typically 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience supporting senior business leaders and leading broad HR agendas in global organizations.
- Demonstrated success in strategic HR business partnership within a complex, matrixed, multi-country / multi-site organization in distribution, industrial, technology, or other relevant industry segments.
- Strong experience in organizational design, talent management, employee relations, change management, and leadership coaching across diverse business environments.
- Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance requirements, and labor practices across multiple jurisdictions, with the ability to partner effectively with regional experts.
- Experience using workforce data and metrics to influence decisions and improve business outcomes across global populations.
- Proven leadership skills with experience developing teams and influencing across functions, levels, and geographies. P&L and/or business experience outside of human resources would be an advantage.
- Executive presence and influence. Excellent communication, judgment, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including effectiveness in cross-cultural settings.
Compensation
- $190,259 - $266,363 Annually
