A leading company in packaging products seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to develop and lead a modern HR function. This role involves strategic leadership, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance management, aiming to enhance the company culture and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience and a strong understanding of employment laws across North America.

Over 95% of ownership is held by leaders who are actively involved in the day-to-day operations of this $600M+ annual revenue business. The ownership team is now seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to build and scale a modern HR function that supports the companys strong culture and future growth initiatives.
P OSITION S UMMARY :
Reporting directly to the President, the Vice President of Human Resources will serve as the companys senior HR executive, responsible for designing, implementing, and leading a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives. As a key member of the Leadership Steering Committee, this role provides strategic HR counsel to senior leadership while overseeing all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and HR technology. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of strategic vision and operational execution across a dynamic, multi-location, growth-focused organization. The Vice President will lead a small, dedicated HR team.
