They’re now seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join their executive team and play a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy during a critical stage of growth.
As the VP of HR, you’ll lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including talent strategy, organizational design, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development. This is a high-impact, hands-on role requiring close collaboration with the C-suite and department heads to scale a mission-driven culture and support business goals.
