Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred.
  • Proven success leading Human Resources within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience directing HR strategy across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the HR strategy across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational development and compliance.
  • Partner with plant and operations leaders to improve recruiting, retention, workforce planning and engagement across locations.
  • Design succession planning, performance management and leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Champion culture initiatives, change management and a positive employee experience across the organization.
  • Oversee compensation strategy, total rewards programs and market competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and HR policies.

What will your day look like?

  • Leadership Development: Design succession planning, performance management, and leadership development programs that build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Culture & Change Management: Champion initiatives that foster accountability, continuous improvement, and a positive employee experience.
  • Compensation & Total Rewards: Oversee compensation strategy, incentive programs, benefits, and market competitiveness.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining HR policies and best practices.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation.
Who are you?
  • Experienced HR Executive: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred.
  • Manufacturing Experience Required: Proven success leading Human Resources within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strategic & Hands-On: Comfortable developing enterprise-wide HR strategy while remaining engaged in day-to-day execution.
  • Operations-Oriented: Experience supporting multi-site operations, partnering with plant leadership, and driving workforce initiatives in a production environment.
  • Strong Leader: Demonstrated ability to build high-performing HR teams, influence executive leadership, and lead organizational change.
  • Business Partner: Able to align people strategy with operational and financial objectives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.
