Job summary

AccentCare Inc. in Mississippi seeks a Vice President of Sales for Home Health to lead sales strategy and regional growth in Jackson. This on-site role drives multi-site teams across Home Health and Hospice lines with substantial travel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multi-site healthcare sales leadership, a business/marketing degree, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. Salary ranges $180,000–$200,000 plus bonus with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years' experience in multi-site sales management required and multi-state preferred.
• Success in similar endeavor with a service or healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
• Ensures compliance and all regulatory agencies governing sales referrals and sales related activities.
• Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
• Support and drive the sales teams and resources to deliver profitable growth.
• Define optimal sales force structure.
• Become known as an employer of choice for top sales people.
• Help define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets.
• Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company objectives.
• Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
