The GSUSA team supports and inspires these young leaders, working with 111 local councils across the country and abroad to deliver the Girl Scout Leadership Experience.

You Will

This is a new senior leadership position reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer. The VP of Growth Marketing will plan and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and membership, leading a team of marketers, and collaborating across teams to align marketing, product, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire new members and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define revenue targets and develop campaigns to meet them.
  • Manage and motivate a marketing team focused on growth initiatives.
  • Partner with product, sales, partnerships, and other teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Manage the growth marketing budget efficiently.
  • Identify market trends and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Establish KPIs, track progress, and report on ROMI to senior management.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns across the funnel, including brand positioning and storytelling.
  • Oversee digital, social, and content marketing efforts.
  • Manage partnerships, influencer campaigns, and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with Fund Development to grow revenue from individual donations.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience; undergraduate degree required.
  • At least 15 years of marketing experience, with a focus on growth campaigns.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, budgeting, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, paid media, and campaign development.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments; experience with diverse and multicultural segments is a plus.
Additional Details

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York City, with 2 days on-site. Salary range: $170,000 - $225,000. Travel required: approximately 10%.
