Job summary

Neuberger seeks aVice President of GP Reporting to join our Private Equity Finance Group in New York. You will oversee carry reporting, partner/management reporting, and quarterly GP investment mark-to-market.

Responsibilities include coordinating notices, capital calls, and distributions, while strengthening controls and interfacing with Legal, HR and Technology. A CPA is a plus, with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
10+ years of accounting or finance experience in private equity.
Experience with private equity carry plans and tax concepts.
Detail-oriented with focus on data integrity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with business, Legal and HR to issue grant notices to plan participants.
Execute and record GP capital calls, distributions and carry payments.
Update quarterly mark-to-market of GP investments.
Manage GP carry plan partner and management reporting; respond to inquiries.
Oversee GL entries for the firm’s monthly close.
Provide support for financial reporting and audits.
