Fruitist—the bold, innovative superfruit brand transforming healthy snacking—is seeking a world-class Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our global financial planning, forecasting, and financial performance management. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this leader will act as a strategic partner to the C-suite and Board, driving financial insights, operational rigor, and business planning across a complex, vertically integrated value chain spanning 10+ countries.

What You’ll Do

1. Strategic Financial Leadership: Architect and lead a best-in-class global FP&A function capable of supporting Fruitist’s growth trajectory.
2. Global Business Partnering: Serve as a critical financial partner to functional leaders across Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, Technology, and International markets, bringing a global mindset and cross-border operational savvy.
3. Planning & Forecasting Excellence: Drive end-to-end corporate planning cycles (annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, long-range planning) across multiple revenue streams, products, and geographies.
4. Operational Insights and Analytics: Build deep, predictive models tied to key business drivers (e.g., SKU profitability, cost-to-serve by market, CapExROI, supply chain efficiencies) to guide strategic decision-making.
5. Performance Management: Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure, manage, and optimize financial performance globally across vertically integrated operations (from farm to shelf).
6. Board and Investor Reporting: Prepare executive-level financial analyses, materials, and insights for the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and external investors.
7. M&A and Strategic Initiatives: Support strategic projects including acquisitions, international expansion, and new business lines, providing rigorous financial modeling and scenario planning.
8. Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing FP&A team with a global perspective and bias for action.

What You’ll Need

1. 12+ years of experience in corporate finance and FP&A leadership roles, ideally with at least 5 years at a public company.
2. Deep experience operating within complex, global organizations with multiple business lines, diverse revenue models, and multi-country operations.
3. Proven track record leading FP&A in vertically integrated businesses, consumer packaged goods (CPG), agriculture, supply chain, or manufacturing industries preferred.
4. Strong command of GAAP accounting, IFRS familiarity a plus.
5. Skilled in ERP, Consolidations Tools, and advanced Business Intelligence systems (e.g., OneStream, SAP S4/Hana, SAP B1, LinkFresh, Famous, PowerBI).
6. Experience navigating global operations, currency complexities, supply chain volatility, and regional nuances with ease.
7. Executive presence and credibility with Board, C-Suite, and external investors; able to synthesize complex topics into clear business narratives.
8. Data-driven & Hands-on, willing to roll up sleeves to build models, validate assumptions, and challenge the status quo.
