Northlands College is seeking a strategic, service-oriented leader to serve as the Vice President of Finance, Administration & Sustainability.
The Vice President Finance, Administration & Sustainability provides strategic and operational leadership across the College's finance, administration, human resources, facilities, IT, and sustainability portfolios. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President plays a critical role in ensuring the College's financial health, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. This role supports and advises the President and Board of Directors, manages high-stakes compliance and reporting functions, and collaborates with leaders across the organization to integrate sustainability and innovation into all aspects of operations.
The Vice President is a key member of the executive team and contributes to institutional planning, governance, and continuous improvement.

With a background in finance or administration, ideally within a public sector or post-secondary environment, the successful candidate will offer a clear vision, sound judgment, and a passion for community impact.
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is required.
Ten (10) or more years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in post-secondary education.
