Job summary

Bohan & Bradstreet in Virginia seeks a senior finance leader to drive strategy, governance, and financial integrity for a multi-site manufacturing segment with SaaS underpinning.

You will lead a twelve-person team, own financial reporting, budgets, forecasting, and working capital, while partnering with product, supply chain, and operations. Travel 15-20% domestically; SAP migration planned for 2027; relocation package offered.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA required; 12+ years of business experience with financial leadership in a technology-driven manufacturer with SaaS underpinning.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting & compliance for multi-manufacturing and DC locations (revenue recognition, SOX compliance).
• Manage budgets, forecasts & analysis; capital expenditures; KPIs; variance analysis.
• Partner with product development, supply chain, operations, sales & marketing on costs, margins, process improvements, cost savings, acquisitions integrations.
• Drive Working Capital improvements: AR, DPO, inventory management.
• Lead process improvements including SAP migration planned for 2027; optimize manufacturing operations and capacity; automate manual processes.

Exclusive. Parent company is global, profitable, expanding, US based, and exceeded Wall Street expectations in 2025 on revenues, profits, and EPS. This is an expanding $190M multi-site, strategic segment with a 70+% recurring revenue stream. The SBU has patented software and AI technology that accompanies manufactured products targeting commercial and residential markets in North America. Opening is due to the incumbent being promoted.

Be the key business partner with the VP/GM and executive team on strategy, execution (high volume/low cost/strong margins), and financial compliance. Lead a team of twelve. Core responsibilities and opportunities to make a difference:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead all general, operational and technical accounting for multi-manufacturing and DC locations (e.g., revenue recognition, SOX compliance)
• Budgets, Forecasts & Analysis: Facilitate annual budget process, capital expenditures, forecasting (e.g., expense, revenues, cash), variance analysis and KPIs
• Business Partnering: Team with product development, supply chain, operations, sales, and marketing (e.g., product costs, margins, process improvements, cost savings, infrastructure build out, acquisition integrations, problem solving)
• Working Capital Improvements: Opportunities to improve billing & AR, DPO extensions, and inventory management
• Process Improvements: Will be converting to SAP in 2027; looking at movement of manufacturing operations and capacity expansion; automation of manual processes

REQUIREMENTS: CPA or MBA wanted. Seek 12+ years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership (P/L responsibility) with a technology driven manufacturer with a SaaS underpinning. Must be willing to travel 15-20% domestically.

REWARD: $220,000 to $270,000 DOE plus 25% bonus & 20% LTIP , excellent benefits and relocation package.
