Senior Strategic Finance / Financial Analysis & Reporting Opportunity

A leading investment management firm is looking to hire a senior strategic finance professional into a high-impact financial analysis and reporting function.

This role will work closely with senior leadership and help build out a function focused on management reporting, executive-level financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and broader finance transformation initiatives.

This is a hands-on strategic role. The right person will be comfortable working with complex financial information, building and owning models, improving reporting infrastructure, and helping translate data into clear insights for leadership.

Ideal background:

• 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, investment banking, consulting, or finance transformation
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Experience supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making
• Exposure to investment management, alternative assets, private equity, hedge funds, investment banking, consulting, or a rigorous strategic finance environment
• Ability to operate hands-on while thinking strategically
• Strong communication skills and sound business judgment
• High intellectual horsepower, humility, and comfort working with sensitive information

Nice to have:

• Power BI, Python, SQL, automation, or similar reporting/analytics tools
• Experience improving reporting processes, dashboards, models, or finance infrastructure
• Prior exposure to highly analytical or investment-oriented environments
