WHAT ARE WE SEEKING?

BS-Accounting/Finance from an accredited university
CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA
15+ years progressive levels of leadership & broad responsibility in finance/accounting career
Big 4 Audit + private industry desired; CPG industry a plus
Strategic & growth mindset with ability to influence & mentor others as a key leader in the company
Desire to advance in career to CFO level

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THE ROLE:

Lead & direct three main areas for the company: Accounting/Internal Audit, Finance/FP&A, & Revenue Growth Management
Collaborate with department heads of cross-functional teams such as: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing/Logistics, HR, etc. & participate in a group setting to make decisions for the company
Develop and execute financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to optimize resource allocation.
Review M&A deals for potential growth through acquisitions
Act as true finance business partner
