VP of Enterprise Sales

Boston/Austin – Multi-State Presence | Travel Required

We're looking for a battle-tested sales leader – not a glorified closer.

This is a pure leadership role for someone who has scaled elite enterprise sales teams in the cloud-native security, DevSecOps, or developer tooling space. If you've led go-to-market teams from 5 to 15+ people across the U.S., know how to drive challenger sales in competitive, technical environments, and have the scars and stories to prove it — we want you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and Scale: Own leadership of an already established, high-performing team of enterprise AEs across three states. Drive team growth from sub-5 to 15+ while maintaining elite performance and mindset.
  • Hit the Ground Running: You’re not building from scratch — you’re stepping into a team with traction and a mature GTM motion. Year 1 net new revenue target: $7M.
  • Coach Relentlessly: Your passion lies in developing people. You’ll spend time in the trenches, on calls, in field meetings, and at office whiteboards helping your team refine behavior, drive outcomes, and reach their next level.
  • Drive Execution: Instill a performance culture with clear KPIs, consistent cadence, and high expectations. You’ll drive focus, urgency, and accountability across the team.
  • Be Present: Travel regularly to our offices across the U.S. You lead by being visible and engaged — not from behind a dashboard.
What You Bring
  • Domain Expertise: You come from the DevSecOps, Cloud Native Security, or developer tooling world. You speak the language of the buyer and know the competitive terrain cold.
  • Leadership First: You’re not here to carry a bag — you’re here to lead people, elevate them, and make them better than they were yesterday.
  • Startup DNA: You've operated in fast-growth startup environments. You’ve seen chaos, embraced ambiguity, and thrived.
  • Tenure That Proves Grit: At least 3 years per role — you’ve weathered storms and driven long-term success, not just honeymoon performance.
  • Track Record of Scale: You’ve led teams from 5 to 15+ and delivered enterprise revenue outcomes north of $5–10M+.
  • Challenger Mentality: You understand how to lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and educate the market, not chase it.
  • High Standards: You expect excellence and bring it yourself. You’re not here to maintain – you’re here to raise the bar.
