We’re seeking a Vice President, Data Management & Quantitative Analysis I

to join our Structured Debt team. This hybrid role is based in New York City, NY; Lake Mary, FL; or Pittsburgh, PA, with a schedule of 4 days in the office.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Work with datasets and client reference data, developing financial models to analyze asset performance and securities data.
  2. Interpret legal language in securitization documents, translating it into mathematical and economic models via cash-flow waterfall models.
  3. Code payment rules using programming languages such as Python.
  4. Build investor reports including distributions and high-level asset information.
  5. Guide and review reports and calculations of junior analysts, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  6. Operate effectively in a high-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ years experience in asset-backed securities (RMBS, ABS, RESEC, CMBS, MILN, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Bond Mathematics.
  • Experience coding in Python.
