Job summary

Hw3 Llc seeks a Vice President to lead wholesale credit portfolio risk reporting and oversight. You will analyze portfolio trends and translate complex risk data into decision-ready material for the Board, Risk Committee, senior management, and regulators.

You will own executive presentations, develop board-quality narratives, and collaborate with Credit Officers, data teams, and senior risk leaders to ensure accurate reporting and timely regulatory responses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of financial services experience with strong knowledge of commercial or wholesale credit risk.
• Experience analyzing credit portfolios and presenting findings to senior management, Board committees, or regulators.
• Strong understanding of credit risk ratings, underwriting, monitoring, governance, and the broader credit lifecycle.
• Expert PowerPoint skills, including creating Board-quality presentations and executive narratives.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar visualization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of executive presentations, committee materials, and regulatory briefings from initial analysis through final delivery.
• Analyze portfolio performance, concentrations, risk drivers, and emerging risks to identify the issues senior leaders need to understand.
• Build clear narratives and visualizations that explain changes in the credit risk profile and their implications.
• Partner with Credit Officers, business units, data teams, and senior risk leaders to develop accurate and relevant reporting.
• Manage the reporting calendar and support portfolio deep dives, regulatory requests, and reporting enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and help establish standards for executive risk communications.
