Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a VP in CB Finance to lead financial analytics and reporting for Commercial Real Estate segments within Global Banking.

You will partner with segment heads and regional managers to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights across regions and products. You will develop and present quantitative analyses, build financial models, and support strategic initiatives with clear storytelling using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, Planning & Analysis and/or Accounting.
• Experience in corporate financial analytics with understanding of a bank’s balance sheet, P&L and drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills with execution track record.
• Excellent verbal & written communication and relationship management with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead dialogue with segment heads and senior stakeholders to deliver insights on performance and outlook.
• Develop and present clear, decision-oriented financial analysis for segment/industries.
• Prepare materials for financial reporting meetings, reviews, and budget.
• Create and review financial models and analyses (recurring and ad-hoc).
• Conduct deep dive analyses to determine root causes and propose solutions.
• Partner with Management, Analytics and Reporting teams to develop insightful reporting.
• Drive value by simplifying processes, accelerating automation, and enhancing analytics.
