What you'll be responsible for:

The Vice President, Controller will oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities. Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the accounting systems.

What you'll work on:

• Financial planning and analysis, general ledger accounting, cost and asset accounting, payroll and accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, and program budgets and actual expenditures
• Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to leadership
• Assist leadership in annual budgeting and planning
• Continually improve the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets
• Develop policies and procedures to improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization
• Provide professional and personal growth opportunities for the team
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Build teams, manage people, processes, and client relationships concurrently
• Supervise various roles within Finance and Accounting

What you'll bring to Access TeleCare:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance from an accredited college/university
• 15 years of experience in a financial role
• CPA certification required
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• Advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency with basic mathematical operations and understanding of units of measure
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and governmental documents
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
• Strong management skills with the ability to influence and engage teams
• Self-reliant, results-oriented, and proactive
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, remote environment
• Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time
