24 Hour Home Care is seeking a transformational executive to lead enterprise compliance, regulatory strategy, and risk management across one of California's leading providers of non‑medical home and community‑based care.
This is not a traditional compliance role.
We’re looking for a visionary leader who will build a best‑class governance and compliance function that ensures critical regulatory, contractual, and operational obligations are proactively managed while enabling sustainable growth.
Partnering directly with executive leadership, you’ll strengthen organizational oversight, accountability, and risk management while serving as the enterprise leader for Medicaid, Medi‑Cal, managed care, and regulatory compliance.
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.
This role is ideal for an executive who has successfully led compliance within a highly regulated healthcare environment and understands how to balance regulatory excellence with operational execution.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:: $240,000 USD - $290,000 USD
