Job summary

Full Spectrum Search Group seeks an experienced Vice President of Compliance to lead clinical and regulatory compliance for a growing hospice organization with a national footprint. You will report directly to the CEO, overseeing Medicare compliance, QAPI, HIPAA, survey readiness, and accreditation across multiple markets from coast to coast.

Ideal candidates possess an active RN license and substantial hospice compliance leadership experience, with deep knowledge of Medicare hospice regulations

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.

• Multi-site compliance leadership experience required.
• Midwest location preferred; Mountain and Eastern time zones considered.
