Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Communications Operations and Business Management in New York to collaborate with senior leaders across the Global Communications team, Enterprise Services and Public Affairs, to strengthen governance, risk controls and operational excellence worldwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, communications, or related field.
Experience navigating a controls and governance environment within a large organization.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Support activities and global testing to strengthen governance and audit-readiness.
Lead audit-related efforts, records management and issues management for Communications globally.
Advise on ongoing operations and identify areas for opportunity.
Support vendor management onboarding and renewal activities and global strategy implementation.
Help develop Communications-specific development programs for the team globally.
