The Opportunity

As Vice President, Co-Investment Advisory, you will lead a team providing financial advisory services to limited and general partners seeking to deploy capital into co-investment opportunities, including infrastructure, debt, and other private-market assets.

You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with limited and general partners across Canada, the United States, and globally. You will play a key role in the growth and strategic direction of this business segment, exploring new geographies, verticals, and service offerings.

Your Role Will Include

• Identifying, developing, and managing relationships with active limited and general partners in infrastructure and co-investments
• Originating and pitching co-investment advisory opportunities to partners and family offices
• Presenting investment recommendations to client committees
• Setting and implementing strategic plans for the co-investment business
• Leading due diligence efforts across commercial, legal, tax, and financial areas
• Collaborating with the broader team on cross-group opportunities

Your Skills And Experience

• At least six years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity, or private debt investing
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and partners
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Leadership experience in professional roles
• Existing network with limited and general partners and family offices is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
