Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small to medium-sized Client Processing team handling client accounts, inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
  • Manage daily transactional workflow and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
  • Oversee transaction accuracy and timeliness.
  • Utilize MIS reporting for process monitoring.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support on complex issues.
  • Act as initial escalation point for team issues.
  • Participate in recruiting and staff development.
  • Review and guide team members' work and performance.
  • Contribute to departmental budgeting and planning.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-5 years of total work experience, with 0-1 years in management.
