Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CFO, Resource Management and department leaders
• Drive profitability and client delivery through effective client finance management
• Mentor and develop a six-person finance team
• Represent finance in strategic discussions at the executive level

Job description

The Bolton Group is working with a marketing services agency to hire a new VP of Client Finance. This role will work closely with the CFO, Resource Management, and Department leaders. It is a highly visible position within the organization.

Ideal Background:

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with 5+ years of experience managing teams
• Must come from B2B services and have experience partnering across departments
• Must have experience mentoring and developing a team (this role will manage six)
• Marketing agency experience highly preferred

Location:

There is a high priority for candidates to be in the NYC area, mostly remote. Potential to return to hybrid schedule in the future. Well-qualified non-local candidates will be considered.

Compensation:

$200K to $220K base plus bonus; potential stretch higher, DOE
