The role will provide a lot of exposure to senior management and growth potential. They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who wants to work in a fast paced environment and help oversee a team.

Compensation

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial reports
• Present monthly financial results and key performance indicators to Senior Management, highlighting trends, variances, and actionable insights
• Lead and support the monthly close process, including preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with departments across the firm to gather and validate financial data
• Investigate and explain fluctuations in financial statements
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to identify opportunities for process automation and simplification
• Contribute to the design and implementation of best practices in financial operations and reporting
