Santander is seeking a Vice President for CIB LATAM Structuring in the United States. You will originate, structure, and execute LATAM-focused solutions for onshore banks, asset managers, sovereigns, and offshore LATAM funds, emphasizing Funding, Derivatives, Rates and FX. You will collaborate with Sales, Trading and Coverage to tailor structures that address hedging and risk.
Fluency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus. Series 7/63 certification is preferred.

The Vice President will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing LATAM-only solutions for onshore financial institutions ( banks, asset managers, insurance companied) , local sovereign/Quasi sovereign clients and offshore Latam focus Real Money/Hedge funds, with a focus on Funding, Derivatives, Rates, FX and asset side ideas. The role partners closely with Sales, Trading, and Coverage teams to deliver customized structures that address hedging, financing, and risk management objectives.
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$225,000.00 USD
Maximum:
$270,000.00 USD
